Huge congratulations are in order for Evelyn and Enda Neary from Killashee - their dream of setting up kennels for the pets of sick children at Crumlin's Hospital is becoming a reality!

Building work is getting under way at Children's Health Ireland at Crumlin, which will see the construction of kennel facilities, along with a seating area for families.

Cian's Kennels, a Longford-based charity, was set up by Evelyn and Enda Neary after they lost their precious 15 year old son Cian to a rare form of Lymphoma, having undergone treatment at Crumlin.

The new kennels at Crumlin will allow sick children to see their pets while they undergo treatment. It will include full veterinary checks including vaccinations for the visiting pets before they arrive at the hospital, and transport from home to and from the kennels will also be covered.

Sherpack is delighted to support this fantastic local charity which is undoubtedly going to have a hugely positive impact on sick children and their families and would like to once again thank everyone who has donated to this great cause - most recently the Malin to Mizen cycle which took place in September 2021, which we proudly sponsored.
